After a good work out I usually still with milk, 2 bananas, a spoon full of peanut butter and 2 - 3 scoops of buybulkwhey powder. It mixes well. I just received my protein today and am more than satisfied, your customer service is awesome right down to the packing, I like the re-usable plastic tie and putting the scoop on the out-side of the container so it don't sink to the bottom.You are under-priced but I won't say that, I myself like Bubba hold several state as well as national records, I just have more than Bubba,lol...
